Reminders when they suit you
For each deadline you choose when to be reminded, from the day itself to two months before, and you can add several reminders. They arrive in your notifications and on your phone and, if you like, by email, with buttons to mark it done or snooze it for a week.
Deadlines that repeat by themselves
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, every six months or yearly. When you complete a deadline, the next occurrence goes straight onto the agenda, with the same details and reminders. If you need more time, snooze it by 1 day, 3 days, 1 week or 1 month.
Who takes care of what
Assign each deadline to someone in the household, add the amount to pay and, when it's done, a note such as the payment reference. You see what is overdue, what is due in the next 30 days and how much there is to pay each month. Private deadlines stay yours alone.
In your calendar, in a second
Connect the agenda to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook with a private address that updates by itself. To add something, type it the way you'd say it, such as “car insurance 12 Nov £320 yearly”, and we pick up the date, the amount and the repetition.
