I moved to a plan with fewer households. What happens to the others?

You keep access to every household for 30 days. In that time, export the data of the households you do not want to keep and delete them in Plan → Households in your plan, or move to a plan with more households. If the account still has extra households after 30 days, every household becomes read-only: you can view and export the data, but not add or change anything, until you delete the extra households. We let you know by email and in the app at the start, 7 days before and the day before.
